To ensure your gear reaches you safely while you are on the mountain, please provide the following in the "Notes" or "Shipping Address" field when placing your order:
- Full Name of Your Accommodation (Hotel, Lodge, or Residence)
- Your Guest Name (The name used for your reservation)
- Your Stay Dates (e.g., Arriving Jan 15th / Departing Jan 22nd)
Important Notice regarding Accommodation Deliveries:
- Notify in Advance: Please ensure you inform your accommodation that a package is being sent to you.
- Check-in & Early Arrival: If you require delivery before your check-in date, you must confirm that the accommodation is willing to accept and store the package.
- Delivery Refusal: In the event that the accommodation refuses to accept the delivery, the customer will be held responsible for all original and return shipping fees.

Estimated Shipping Time
Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) starting from the day after your order is placed.
Delivery Dates and Time Slots
You can specify your preferred delivery date and time in the cart screen when placing your order.
Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of 800 JPY nationwide.
Hokkaido: 1,800 JPY
Okinawa & Isolated Islands: 2,300 JPY
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders totaling 16,500 JPY (tax included) or more.
Note: Additional fees still apply to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and isolated islands even for orders over 16,500 JPY.
Note: Oversized items (e.g., snowboards) will incur additional shipping fees regardless of the total order amount.
Delivery Method
Carrier: Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
Domestic Only: We only ship to addresses within Japan.
Note: Depending on your location, we may not be able to meet your specified delivery date and time.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Consolidation
To prevent errors and disputes, we do not consolidate multiple separate orders into a single shipment. Shipping fees and handling charges will apply to each individual order.
Refusal of Delivery & Long-term Absence
Once a product has been shipped, we do not accept returns due to refusal of delivery or requests for re-shipment after a long-term absence for customer convenience.
Invoice/Packing Slip
As part of our commitment to environmental conservation and the protection of personal information, we do not include printed invoices or packing slips in our packages. -
Stock Availability
We sell our products in-store and across multiple websites simultaneously. Therefore, an item might sell out or be out of stock even after an order is placed.
Please note that confirming warehouse stock may also take time. In the event that an item will not be restocked, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding in advance. -
Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for discounted items or for reasons due to customer preference.Defective or Incorrect Items
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of product defects or incorrect shipments. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept any requests made 8 days or more after delivery. We kindly ask that you inspect your items immediately upon arrival.Store Display Items & Packaging
As our inventory includes items displayed in our physical store, there may be minor scratches or stains on the original packaging (boxes, etc.). If the issue does not affect the performance or use of the product, it will not be eligible for return.Usage Policy
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been installed or used, even in cases of initial defects, incorrect shipment, or damage during transit.Out of Stock Items
If a replacement or alternative item is unavailable due to stock shortages, a full refund will be issued instead. -
